Apricot Jam
Please note: This is not the recipe used to make our Apricot Jam
Ingredients:
7 1/2 cups ground apricots
7 1/2 cups sugar
Juice from 1 lemon
2 packages of orange Jell-O
Directions:
Cook apricots, sugar, and lemon juice in large sauce pan for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
