Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1/3 pound graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
11 ounces cream cheese
1 - 2 jars Cherry Pie Filling
1/2 cup melted butter
2 packages whip cream mix
3/4 cup sugar

Directions:

Roll crackers until fine; mix crumbs, sugar, and butter. Line bottom of 9" x 13" Pyrex dish with crumb mixture. Prepare whip cream according to directions. Soften cream cheese, then add 3/4 cup sugar and beat well; fold into whipped cream mix. Pour over cracker layer and chill until firm. Top with cherry pie filling, refrigerate until served.
