Baked Chicken Apricot (serves 8)
Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 jar apricot jam
1 bottle Russian salad dressing
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Let marinate for at least 6 hours.
After marinating, place casserole dish with all ingredients in oven and bake at 350 degrees. Cook for 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
