Coconut Cherry Crunch
Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 can coconut
1 1/2 cups flour
1 jar Cherry Pie Filling*
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter, most of the coconut, and flour. Place half of mixture on bottom of greased 8" square pan. Pour in pie filling. Cover with remaining mixture and then sprinkle coconut on top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour.
*Any Pie Filling can be used. |
