Plum Marinade

Ingredients:

1 pint plum jam
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon onion salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Pour over any skinned, bonned fowl and refrigerate overnight. Loosely cover with aluminum foil and cook
