Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients:

3 - 4 pounds boneless chicken breasts
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 pint jar apricot jam
1 bottle Russian salad dressing

Directions:

Place chicken in baking pan or casserole dish. Mix well the soup mix, and dressing. Brush mixture over chicken.

Bake covered for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
