During the summer months I go past a large raspberry patch on my way to do some chores. Even the simplest chores seem to take longer those days because I find myself not able to resist picking and eating as many of these sweet little berries as I can. "Did you get the weeds pulled?" she asks. "Huh?..Oh yeah, I'll get right on that. Right after I eat just a couple more...".
The Amish have captured this same sweet flavor and have added a few flavors along the way in their unique Black Raspberry Butter.
