Many flavors of butters are made from fruit that are harvested in the Fall, such as apples. Peaches, however, are harvested
earlier and have a flavor that tells us that Summer is in full bloom.
Our Amish friends have produced a unique flavor of fruit butter using peaches. It has that same rich flavor of cinnamon as apple butter,
and yet has the consistency more resembling a jam.
