Amish Made Quince Jelly

The quince is sort of a cross between a pear and an apple. This flavor of jelly is popular among the Amish in the Eastern part of the country.

It has been suggested that the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden was a quince. As we know Adam and Eve did eat of the fruit and as a consequence were kicked out of the Garden.

Quinces are so tasty who can blame Adam and Eve for wanting just one little bite?
